4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using aeron play, you agree to the following obligations and conduct standards:
- You will use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any feature, game mechanic, promotion, or bonus system.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Withdrawals

Transactions that are suspected to be fraudulent, eroneous, or in violation of these terms may be reversed, delayed, or withheld pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may affect availability. aeron play will not be liable for any loss of data, lost winings, or consequential damages arising from platform downtime or technical failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aeron play's total liability any user for any claim arising out of or relating to their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Duplicate account creation
- Inactivity for an extended period as defined by platform policy
Users who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may contact support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing procedures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the aeron play platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
